Yeah that was my point but I didn't realize they were this closely related. And I didn't quite know how to put this in words either lol, a lot of actors who gave amazing performances have given their best on their last performance.
And died shortly after they completed their scenes or during the shooting. It's creepy you know you can lose your sanity by putting yourself that deep into a chharacter's personality, especially dark characters.
Yeah maybe so, it's like their last will making an amazing movie and then they're done with acting because :/ you know.
Have you seen the video that says a lot of things about Heath Ledger's joker? He had a diary which he would use to bring him into the psyche of the Joker and I very much believe that because it doesn't look like any normal diary, it looks completely legit.
Something elae they had in common. Prior to their classic performances they werent known at all, Heath was a nobody before The Dark Knight, so much that fans hated him being casted as the Joker. Brandon was known for being Bruce Lee's son beforw the crow but thats about it lol.
Ye I used to believe those too, like the ones where they'd play a song backwards and it would say a "message." I looked up the real song played backwards and they didn't say anything :/
At that moment I started to realize that it's all just bs.
Even if you're not bothered a bit, the people 'trolling' you will force themselves to believe that they are getting to you, just to give themselves the feeling of 'Victory' but if you aren't bothered they're just fooling themselves, so you win.
If you want a girlfriend, that's fine - but we're still teenagers and stuff, you can date sure but it's likely going to go up in awkward flames because a relationship at this age usually doesn't last for anything more than 3 months
Having a girlfriend would probably be sweet but it won't go anywhere so don't even worry about it
You are young and naive, my friend. You think you're special. You think that "your one true love" exists out there and will be the first girl you meet. But true love is not real. And when you figure that out, it will already be too late.
You have a lot to learn.
Sorry slate, but you aren't a special case here either, the laws of reality and general logic applies to you too. Kind of like the logic that goes "Oh I'm not going to be the one who gets an STD" or "I'm not the one to get (her) pregnant"
@DyingOnTheInside Of course, the laws of reality and general logic and blah blah applies to me too, they apply to everyone. But your interpretation of "reality" might not be what reality truly is, I know that your reality is definitely not what my reality is specifically though. Also you forgot one strategy to not get a girl pregnant :)
Why do I even bother. You're impossible to talk sense into because you just know everything. You've never been in an ACTUAL relationship and you act like you're a goddamned love doctor. And to think, I hoped I'd actually be able to help you, and that you'd actually understand. You're hopeless.
Slate hun. I thought something along those lines and fell into a terrible relationship that ended up being abusive. Just because relationships seem all lovey dovey doesn't mean they'll be perfect and solve all your problems. Even if they seem "perfect" for you that just might not be. Even if they are it might not last.
SM if you know he isn't gonna agree with you then why are you always trying him, as in to start an arguement with him? And Slate you shouldn't even reply to him lol I'm starting to believe ya'll have a love/hate relationship like Batman and the Joker.
I keep trying to find the good in him, Charmer. I keep trying to see a side of him that isn't toxic. But I just can't. Even now, when I try to help him come to his sense, he still canmt agree, even when he is ridiculously over his head. I don't have a clue how you'll find a girl that'll put up with this, let alone a "true love."
I could probably get a girl, I don't really doubt that. But the one girl I want, I never see and that's the only problem. I can't give up yet tho. And no SM I'm definitely not hopeless because I stopped just hoping for stuff to happen and I'm actually doing and getting (insert that word here) done.
Ok, first off, it's a bit too early. Wait it out til late high school or something, because if you do it now, whether or not you get into a relationship with them, you will probably destroy your relationship by highschool with that girl. In late highschool things are a bit more stable, and now would not be a good time. If you still want to have a relationship with that girl, please, PLEASE, wait it out. You'll have a better chance of having a GOOD relationship with her in the future than now.
Or, you could continue to be stubborn and adamant and think you're in "true love", and then complain later on. Don't regret this.
also I was making an analogy to when people think when they do... Ahem, the thing, they think those things will definitely not happen to them because they're some "special exception".
I am in late Highschool, and I "waited" a entire year. Why are you assuming these things to make your argument lol. And actually now is the best time, when I first met I was deep into my depression and at that time everything felt hopeless to me. I've come a long way since then. I would regret it if I didn't talk to her.
True love is a myth? Wrong. True love is just hard to find these days. I know a couple of people who have proven true love to me, but these days it's extremely rare. I kinda took offense to it but that wasn't the intention and now I'm making this a long comment when it was supposed to be just one small message expressing my dissatisfaction with your opinions and I'm doing it again.
True love isn't real. There is no person who is "the only match for you" or "the only one." There are 7.5 Billion people in the world, and, no matter how much you may love a sibgle person, there is definietly another person out the JUST like the perosn you love, but better.
No matter how many people there are in the world there cannot be 2 people perfect for eachother, it's just silly to believe something like that can exist, although you can be similair no matter what there is no perfect couple, maybe that's just me.
Someone may have said this earlier but I was too lazy to read all 3764829 comments on this post
Slate, thinking like that might make you more susceptible to manipulation or something along those lines. You seem desperate to have a girlfriend, and you might feel you need to do anything to keep that girlfriend without realizing what might happen.
True love does exist, we just go too much choice today with all this online dating & stuff. As a result of that we are afraid to choose 'wrong' and get less comfident/ are less sure we will or can find someone.
It's not exactly subjective. You can convince that god is or is not real, you can convince me that global warming is or is not real, you can convince me that aliens are or are not real, you can convince me that toothpaste gives you cancer, heck, you could convince me that rhinos are reptiles if you got into enough detail with it. But you will never convince me that "true love" exists.
There may be somebody perfect for you but there is not only one. I know many people who can attest to this.
The difference is you can love someone, but that love can go away. If you find a "true love", it will last until the end of your lives. It's pretty rare to find that and most people won't realize true love existed until one of them dies.
I just went to a wedding today and it was brought up (well, a more religious-type wedding) in numerous ways how there is no perfect match, and both the man and woman are imperfect human beings. Like for real. Stop with the line of text
Once upon a time a 80 year old man who had been married to the woman he considered his 'true love' found out she had cheated on him during their youth many times, bet he was devastated. I believe you can have a partner to spend some time with, etc...but don't get too attached, someone can stop loving you or caring, if they ever truly did anyways...
And also on the topic of true love. I believe that it can be found but since most people are thinking that it doesn't exist, when they see it right in front of them and could let it happen they simply don't. I've seen this happen before but it still is possible to find your one true love when there's a burning passion that you pursue with all of your heart. It is difficult but not impossible.
Am I the only one on a diet and can't get abs? I really thought that getting on a diet would work as I always read that "abs are made in the kitchen." I've been dieting for one month now and no visible abs whatsoever.
Eat veggies and fruits balanced. As well as some beef and poultry for the mass. Then just work abs like hell. Our weight training teacher makes us do 300 ab workouts once a week. Do at lest 150 a day and you should get abs. Switch it up to. Like crunches, up high hold ems, bicycles, toe touches etc. Also it's going to take more than a month. At least like 4 months to see results.
But you don't really need a six pack. I myself will never try it. I love eating. I love those first bites i take when i'm hungry. Like burgers, pizza, tacos, chips. I love drinking juice and sometimes some coke. I'd say your're better off enjoying yourself. I'm pretty slim; just do lots of exercise to stay slim
I have them but that's because I've been in track and cross country for the longest time. Running is extremely helpful for toning your stomach. That might be a palce to start. Also sit ups aren't as helpful as you'd think.
Thanks for the help guys, and yes I do need abs. They're a sign of low bf and health. I don't really feel unhealthy but visible abs are a muscle I want. Bruce Lee had abs and he was really strong and fast, he had both. I feel better than when I did just eating whatever I wanted(mostly sugar 24/7)I just need abs to improve my physique a lot more lol.
1. *speaking like this* is cringe
2. "Facepalming" is cringe
3. My former GF liked my nerdiness apparently, that's what drew her to me in the first place
4. Abs are not easy to get and require a lot more than just sit ups. They're not everything either.
Plank, (while laying down)leg raises, half situps, and leg raises where you go past the 90 degree angle and like dip into it. I'll do a crunch as high up as I can go and hold it, if you want to make it harder you can also do crunches from that point while still maintaining the hold. You can also do crunches moving in a circle, clockwise and counter-clockwise.
The one he does at 2:30 and a few others.
I just discovered this yesterday, these are difficult and really good to do.
That's pretty much all I do though.
