She was punished many times before around last year, so she requested a ban for a while and made an alt (it was nerdy taco if I remember right), she then used the alt to ask for an unban of her original account after a while (getting her alt banned in the process), that happened a few weeks after the first incidents that happened. She went inactive for a while, then came back a while ago, then broke similar rules again, leading up to this final ban.
As for second chance, we don't hand them out, the user that got perma banned must submit an email to a SkyVu employee asking for a second chance if not given one before. if accepted, then they have a probation like trial that you may have seen on the forums before
As for the mental issues part, we shouldn't give special treatment to users with troubles, whether they broke an arm, or if they have a terrible disease, or if they have mental issues, etc.
For starters- it does not change who you are on a forum where we don't know much about each other, we are all people regardless.
Second- it isn't necessarily fair to everyone on the forums
Third-if we did allow this, one could easily fake that they are terribly ill or something just so they could get around things, which would not be good.
Sorry I couldn't help you this time..
Other than the bad remarks and suicide threats, you were alright.
Those disagrees were worth getting for the person I offended trying to protect someone who was nice to me for once.
And sorry for using my most polite remarks to the person who banned H
That's almost like saying to a serial killer "oh he's not bad he only killed a handful of people!" No offense but that's practically how you're saying it. But then again I never saw all the bad things Hipster did so I don't know about the situation personally.
