Man, Inhaven't talked to anyone else about Sculptor, that was a really good story! The favorites of mine I've read recently have been Watchmen, an Omnibus of Frank Miller's original Daredevil run, Kingdom Come, Y: The Last Man, and Criminal: The Last of the Innocents. And that's just off the top of my head.
Coming from a Nintendo fan, a lot of things were predictable for their presentation because a lot of stuff was already leaked beforehand/was already talked about. Hyrule Warriors on 3DS, Star Fox Zero (Only a little), Super Mario Maker...
Probably. All they announced for the Wii u was an amazing Starfox game, amiibos, amiibos, and more amiibos.
So many people wanted a Metroid Wii U game but it was put on the 3DS (The Wii U has more power so it should've been on the Wii U instead), so many people wanted Super Mario Galaxy 3 but all we got was a tennis game, so many people wanted animal crossing wii u and guess what? We got it but all it is is some Amiibo game.
Honestly, I'm more excited for releases of the new games for Microsoft and Sony than Nintendo's. The only games I'm excited for from Nintendo's E3 was SkyLander's SuperChargers, the new StarFox, Mario Maker, the new M & L + Paper Mario crossover, Yoshi's Wooly World, and the new Mario Tennis (kinda). I would have preffered a new Mario Sports Mix game for the Wii U though. Now THAT would be awesome.
Fire Emblem Fates looked cool but 2016 :(. Mario and Luigi Paper Jam is also looks good, and so does Starfox. Everything else was bad or meh. I don't have people to play Triforce Heroes with me, I don't care for the Mario Tennis, the Animal Crossing was so dumb, and so was the Metroid game.
Overall, I thought the digital event this year was pretty decent. I loved those bits with the Muppet-esque characters, that was pretty fun. Star Fox Zero, Fates, Mario/Luigi × Paper Mario, Xenoblade X, Wooly World, and Mario Maker all look great too.
But I still can't get over that new "Metroid" and especially the new Animal Crossing games. What a disappointment. :/
I have to say that Sony and Bethesda won this year. Dark Souls 3, Doom, Fallout 4, Elder Scrolls Legends...
Only Xenoblade X really had me hyped this year on Nintendo's standards. Honestly I'd consider this year's E3 worse for them than 2008's... And that's something considering that year was an absolute DISASTER for them.
Elder Scrolls Legends didn't really appeal to me. Doom looked pretty cool, Dishonored 2 had me interested, made me want to play the first one, and of course Fallout 4 blew me away. I was dead.
As for Sony, I liked Horizon Zero Dawn and the Last Guardian. Maybe also Dreams.
Am I the only one who doesn't stick with 1 game company and bash all the others? I actually really like the game lineup for Microsoft E3 2015 this year. Haven't seen the others yet, but I be they'll be great for their own reasons. Can't wait for Nintendo's tommorow as well.
